Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7-14 business days. Free on all orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delays Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. Skulpter is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order is lost or arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@skulpter.shop. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement or refund.
