How to Request a Refund Contact us at support@skulpter.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We do not require you to ship the item back. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept physical returns due to the nature of our products. All issues are resolved through replacement or refund.

Exchanges If you would like a different item, contact us and once your refund is approved make a separate purchase.
